Admission
All applicants, independent of educational background, must have:
- Minimum a relevant bachelor’s degree
- Minimum two years of teaching experience or similar relevant work experience
- Written and oral command of English
- Experience with the use of IT at a user-level
Examples of relevant work is: Teaching, management and/or faculty development in engineering educational institutions; teaching, management and/or faculty development in other technical-scientific educational programmes; Human Resources Development in public or private engineering companies; consultancy related to competency development in public or private companies.
Aalborg University may allow admission to applicants who do not fulfil the admission requirements but who are considered having sufficient qualifications to complete the study programme.
Aalborg University may, in each particular case, approve that completed and credited elements of Danish or foreign further education replaces elements of the study programme described in this study regulation. Decisions about credit transfer will be based on a professional evaluation of the equivalence between the related educational elements.
Language skills
Written and oral mastery of English. This requirement is important due to the amount of teamwork in the programme.
IT-skills
Experience in using a computer and navigating in a www environment combined with using the local computer file system.
