The participants are responsible for downloading and installing of the recommended programs.
The MPBL study programme, the teachers or the administration do not offer any support related to programs, function or setting up etc. The online video lectures are streamed and has been tested and found well-functioning before published. Any problems related to receiving the files must be located to the client or the webhost.
Technical problems related to the learning platform - The MPBL Place (A Quick Place platform) - are supported from Quick Place Support.
It is the responsibility of the participant to have an internet connection and a computer suitable to receive streamed video using Real Player or Windows Media Player.
Participants having a slow internet connection or older pc might have difficulties receiving the online lectures.
It is possible to download the video lectures as a zipped file and run the lecture from a pc. More information (how to do it) is available in connection with each course.
Using the MPBL Place requires Firefox or Microsoft Explorer with ActiveX
Each student receives sign in address, username and password. When signed in, the Quick Place platform offers a help manual.

Adobe Connect. No specific software is needed except add-ins, plug-ins - will install automatically
